This SOP defines the standardized process used by SellinKSA to receive seller-owned inventory, prepare it according to Amazon FBA requirements, and release it for shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers using Amazon-partnered carriers booked by the seller.

The objective is to ensure:

  • FNSKU labeling (unit/carton)

  • Polybagging with suffocation warning labels

  • Bubble wrap and fragile item preparation

  • Bundling and kitting (multi-packs)

  • Receiving and SKU verification

  • Storage (short-term and monthly)

  • Dispatch to Amazon fulfillment centers

Based on your preferences, each unit is routed into one of the following paths:
